Position Overview
- We are seeking a skilled and dependable MIG/TIG Welder to join our team.
- This role requires someone who can work independently while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity in a fast-paced shop environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Weld steel and aluminum frames for containment tanks
- Fabricate and assemble various components for company products
- Read and follow basic fabrication instructions and specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work independently while meeting production goals
- Adapt to shop conditions, including seasonal temperature changes
- Accept and apply constructive feedback to improve performance
Requirements
- Prior MIG and TIG welding experience required
- Ability to pass an initial weld test
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Willingness to learn and improve skills
Schedule
Monday – Friday
6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (includes breaks and a 30-minute lunch)
Guaranteed 40 hours per week
Optional overtime available on weekends
